At The Handbag Sanctuary, I strive to provide the best possible client experience when you use my leather repair and restoration service. I handle and store your items with the utmost care and keep you informed throughout the process

1. Enquiry

Get in touch via email and send some pictures of your item(s) and the service you require

4. Confirm receipt

I'll let you know once your item(s) have been received and complete an inspection. If additional work is required, I'll inform you and make sure you're still happy to go ahead

2. Quotation

I'll review your photos and provide a quotation for the work needed, detailing any options and considerations for you to approve

5. The transformation

I'll complete the agreed restoration, cleaning or repair work and let you know when we've finished and provide picture for you to review and make payment

3. Send your item(s)

Pack your item(s) well and send them to me

Collection can be arranged for an additional fee

6. Return finished item(s)

Your item(s) will be returned to you via courier, properly packaged and fully insured
